      "being in health and perfect Memory .."
      Bequeaths to:
      -whereas the estate which testatrix has which was bequeathed to her by the last will of her father Junder Erickson and lying in Prince George's Couniy being part of a tract called "The Farme"' "Stoke" "Mansfield" and "Colling's Comfort" which were collectively called "Erickson's Hazards" and which lands testatrix's father devised between her mother and testatrix to be divided equally and at the death of testatrix's mother she became seized of a child's portion of her Moiety as by deed of partition between testatrix's sisters and their husbands recourse to he had—testatrix's part beimg part of "The Farme" cont. 227 1/4 acres, the tract called "Stoke" cont. 44-1/2acres. part of "Mansfield" lying in 2 parts both cont. 156 3/4 acres and part of "Colling's Comfort" lying in sundry parts
      -that is 10 3/4 acres adjoining testatrix's 2 parts of "Mansfield" and 37 1/2 acres between Back Creek" and Spicer's Creek being marsh land and which said lands and personal property testatrix dies seized of --devises in the following manner:
      1. Mary Brooke --sister
      -testatrix leaves her 50 acres being testatrix's part of 'Mansfield" which lays to the westward and next adjoining the part where Thomas Smith Cox, deceased , lately lived and not to include the woodland part of "Mansfield" --to have for her manual life -to have Negro man "Great Jack"
      -to have gold watch and chain and also the commode and dressing glass and a cherry tree table and testatrix's gold sleeve buttons and also to have 2 arm chairs
      2. Martha Erickson Skinner --niece (daughter of sister Henrietta Erickson Skinner) -to have the land left to Mary Brooke after her decease
      -to have all that part of a tract of land called The Farme" cont. 227 314 acres and a Iract of land called "Stoke" cont. 44 1/2 acres and part or "Mansfield" adjoining thereto and also to have part of "Colling's Comfort" adjoining "Mansfield" including the reversion which makes up the quantity of 351 1/23 acres
      -to have Negro girl "Sall"
      -to have 1 large looking glass with a gilt frame standing in testatrix's parlor. 1 of the best beds and furn., and also to have the family pictures standing in the parlor
      -remainder of the household and kitchen furniture to be divided with Martha Henrietta Cox
      3. Elisha Skinner --nephew (son of Henrietta)
      -should his sister Martha die W/o heirs, then to have the land left to her
      -should Martha die w/out heirs. then also to have the land left to her cont. 351 1/2 acres -to have Negroes: "Tom" "Stephen" ,.Prins" and "Nan"
      -to have 1 bed and him., 1 small black widnui bible, 6 leather bottomed chairs, 1 silver buster boat, and all silver spoons and I table with avarnut Frame with a pine top
      and I walnut tree small table
      1. Mackall Skinner Cox --nephew
      -to have all that part of a tract of land c-ailed "Mansfield" cont. 82 acres and also 57/18ths acres of "Colling's Comfort' adjoining the south side of the part of "Mansfield" and all being the one fourth part of the high land which descended to testatrix by the death or her mother agreeable to a partition and also parts between Back Creek and Spicer's. Creek being part of "Colling's Comfort" lying in 2 parts being marsh land — both parts cont. 37 1/2 acres which with the aforementioned parts makes up 125 3/8th of an acres -to have Negro men "Charles' and "Will" and should he die before coming of age 21. then to testatrix's niece Martha Henrietta Cox
      -to have 1 silver pepper box
      5. Martha Henrietta Cox --niece
      -should Mackall die w/out heirs, then to have the land left to him
      -to have Negroes "Moll" "Silvia" and "Lucey"
      -to have 2"' best bed and furn., 1 sitaer cream pot, and silver butter boat, also to have 1 dressing table and looking glass which usually stand above stairs
      6. Henry Brooke --nephew
      -to have 1 lot of ground lying in the town of Nottingham and also 2 lots of ground lying in the town of Queen Anne--if not formerly sold by the executor of testatrix's lather. they of right belong to testatrix
      -to have all other lands nut mentioned which were devised to testatrix or she has a right to.
      -to have Negro boy "Peter"
      -to have brass plate warmer, 2 silver salt cellars, and all the pewter and plates
      7. Sarah Cox --niece
      -to have Negro girl "Matilda"
      -to have 1 bed and fur,
      8, Henry Skinner --nephew
      -to have Negroes "Little Jack" "Pornpy" "Chloe" and "Seedy"
      -to have I bed and furn., I silver pint can, I silver punch strainer, 1 desk and book case and the largest black walnut table with 6 leather bottomed chairs
      9. Erickson Stone --cousin
      -to have Negroes: Abigail" and "Harry"
      10. Jesse Turner --overseer
      -to have the sum of 30 pounds curreni money out of ihe money from the sale of the residue of the estate, for -his faithful Services During the time he has rived with me
      11. Mr. charles Eversfield --friend
      named executor along wi testatrix's sister, and instructed that all the stock of horses, cattle, sheep, and hogs, and ail the crop acorn, tobacco and wheat and all plantation tools arc to be sold and the money applied as directed: 'that my Body be Decently interred by the Side of my Father and my grave be inclosed with a good post rail &. palling & a Tomb Stone to be Procured and fixed over my grave on a Brick walled wall and after the sum given to testatrix's overseer the residue to be divided between Henry Skinner and Elisha Skinner

      -should she incline to live on the 50 acres willed to her during her life that she may
      live in testatrix's dwelling house and kitchen with the use olthe other buildings and
      the use of the garden until she can build a house on the 50 acres which testatrix hopes may be done w/in 1 years
      2. Martha Erickson Skinner --niece
      -if she is still unmarried have the liberty of living w/ testatrix's sister during that period she lives in the dwelling house. 04/14/1788

      give to Martha Maria Hall Stone a Negro girl "Letty" then a child in arms and
      desired Mr. Stone to draw a deed of gift for the salve which deed was drawn some time after and was neglected being executed before Mrs, Martha Rowndell be
