Hezekiah Johnson, Will, October 25, 1811; November 22, 1811
I, Hezekiah Johnson of CC, being sick and weak in body, but of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding;
To my three youngest daughters, Elizabeth Caroline, Susannah Julian and Melvina Hephzibah Bealll, negro Cynthya, also the whole of my horses, black cattle, hogs, sheep, househould and kitchen furniture equally.
To children by my former wife, 5 dollars each.
To children by my present wife, all the residue of my estate real personal and mixed.
