To eldest son John Garrett, tract Part of "Brothers Good Will," containing 200 acres on his paying £200 to Peter Cayne it being the last payment due on said land.
To son Bartin Garrett, 243 acres of Maryland Tract" to take part of the Lott #14 and Negro man Lam, live stock, bed, bedding, pot, lumber, an tract "Brothers Good Will."
To youngest son Allen Garrett, 400 acres on said "Maryland Tract" part of lot #14 part of #22, also tract "Pains Delight".
To dau, Elizabeth Garrett, Negro wench Sarah, stock and furniture.
To dau. Cassania. Garrett, Negro girl Nan, stock, furniture and other at "Pains Delight. 11
All my crop of tobacco equally between aforesaid four children also wearing apparel.
