Memorandum - In the name of God and a Gods name, this is my last will and testament.
First I do bequeath my soul to my Lord God and Blessed Savior and Redeemer.
Secondly I do bequeath my body to my mother earth from whence it came. Here I do bequeath to my son Thomas Hickman two hundred acres of land joining the Northside unto John Bennetts marked trees according to the pattent.
Secondly to my daughter Diana Hickman I do bequeath one hundred acres of land laying in the middle of the divident adjoining to her brother Thomas on the North and her brother Nathaniel on the South.
Thirdly I do bequeath one hundred and fifty acres unto Nathaniel Hickman the younger on the Souther side according to pattent. And I do firmly bind this land by my will and testament for them and their heirs forever and not to sell nor to make this land not by buying or any way for to make it firm upon record for them and their heirs forever Amen, and after my debts be paid then all goods and hogs or what else, let it equally be divided between the mother, the 4 children. Here I leave all to the Almighty and I bequeath my soul to God my body to the Earth Amen, Amen.
