      Know all Men by these Presents, that we Sarah Calvert, John Calvert and Thomas Reeves are held and firmly bound to Thomas Harrison, Richard Blackburn, John Crump and John Wright, Gent. Justices of the Court of Prince William County, now sitting, in the sum of two hundred pounds sterling. Payment whereof well and truly to be made to the said Justices, and their Successors, we bind ourselves, and each of us, our and each of our Heirs, Executors and Administrators, jointly and severally, firmly by these Presents. Sealed with our Seals, this twenty fifth day of June in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and fifty four and in the XXVIII Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE, the Second.
      The Condition of this Obligation is such, That if the above bound Sarah Calvert, administrix with the Last Will and Testament thereunto annexed of Thomas Calvert deceased, do make, or cause to be made, a true and perfect Inventory of all and singular the Goods, Chattels, and Credits of the said Deceased, which have, or shall come to the Hands, Possession, or Knowledge of her the said Sarah Calvert or into the Hands or Possession of any other Person or Persons for her and the same so made, do exhibit into the County Court of Prince William at such Time as she shall be thereunto required by the said Court; and the same Goods, Chattels and Credits, and all other the Goods, Chattels, and Credits of the said Deceased, which at any Time shall come to the Hands, Possession, or Knowledge of the said Sarah Calvert or into the Hands and Possession of any other Person or Persons for her do well and truly administer according to Law; And further do make a True and Just Account of her Actings and doings therein, when thereunto required by the said Court; and also well and truly pay and deliver all the Legacies contained and specified in the said Testament, as far as the said Goods, Chattels and Credits, will thereunto extend, and the Law shall charge: Then this Obligation to be void and of none Effect, else to remain in full Force and Virtue.

      THIS INDENTURE made the twelvth and thirteenth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and forty five Between THOMAS COLVART alias HARRISON of Prince William County and SARAH his Wife of one part and JOHN GRAHAM of the County aforesaid Merchant of other part Witnesseth that for the sum of Forty pounds current money of Virginia to the said THOMAS COLVERT alias HARRISON in hand paid by the said JOHN GRAHAM by these presents they the said THOMAS COLVART alias HARRISON and SARAH his Wife have sold unto the said JOHN GRAHAM his heirs and assigns forever all their right to that parcell of land containing four hundred acres of land lying and being on the South side of QUANTICUT CREEK in Prince William County where JOHN CARR and SHARLOTT BARKER now lives and is bounded Begining at a black Walnut stump at the uppermost end of the uppermost Marsh of the said Creek and running thence East North as into the Woods thence West to the Creek or Run now being by virtue of a bargain and sale in the actuall possession of the said JOHN GRAHAM) and by force of ye Statute for tra sferrin g uses into possession Do and each of them doth grant unto the said JOHN GRAMAH's heirs and assigns forever all those four hundred acres above mentioned and all houses & appurtenances whatsoever belonging.       THIS INDENTURE made the 22d day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and forty Nine Between FRANCIS WATTS of Prince William County of one part and THOMAS CALVERT alias HARRISON of the same County of the other part witnesseth that the said FRANCIS WATTS for the rents and covenants herein mentioned hath granted to farm lett unto the said THOMAS CALVERT als HARRISON his heirs and assigner a certain parcell of land in the County aforesaid being part of a tract of Two hundred and Sixty six acres of land and containing One hundred & thirty acres and is bounded Beginning at a marked Beech on the South side of BULL RUN being a corner to the above said tract of Two hundred and Sixty six acres of land and extending thence So West to a white Oak in the head of a Valley thence North Wt. to a Spanish Oak thence No. Et. to a Hiccory on BULL RUN finally down the said Run to the Beginning Together with all houses and appurtenances whatsoever belonging To Have and To Hold unto the said THOMAS CALVERT alias HARRISON for and during the space of the natural life of him the said THOMAS CALVERT alias HARRISON and SARAH his Wife and WILLIAM the son of said THOMAS CALVERT alias HARRISON or the longest liver of them paying yearly upon Christmas day according to Law the just sum of Five hundred and thirty pounds of tobacco in one Note but if any part be unpaid three months after the said term that then it may he lawfull for FRANCIS WATTS to enter upon the said premises and distrain and distress to lead or carry away and said THOMAS CALVERT alias HARRISON Both promise to Plant out One hundred Apple trees and Two hundred Peach trees and them to keep in good order and for the true performance of the premises both parties have set their hands and seals
