Wife: Lucy Armistead my lands in Caroline in lieu of her dower, during life and after her death I give sd. to
my sons Walker and Lewis.
Son: John Baylor Armistead, William Armstead and Addison Armstead lands in Pro William and Loudoun as they arrive at age of 21 according to a survey and division thereof made unto three lots by Nathaniel Tyler by my direction, my oldest son to have first and my second son the next choices of sd. lots.
Leg: land I have sued John Carter adj.my lands in Pr Wm. & Loudoun in case same is recovered at time my son George arrives of age then give same to sd. son, if in case they should not be recovered at the period,
then I give sd. son 800 a. to be laid off out of land given to my son John, William and Addison.
Son: Lewis lands in Ky.
Son in law: Dr. Gillis 150 Ibs. to enable him to purchase a lot in Fredericksburg.
Dau: Gillis several slaves but they are intended as a satisfaction for the legacies devised her by her gr.father John Baylor dec. and so as not to proclude her from an equal share of slaves and personal estate devised by my will.
Leg: Alexander Brown be continued manager of my Pr Wm. estate.
