"Will of MILLEY WOOD. .. I give to my Daughter. Elender Mitchell,
all the rents that are due me for my dower land and also all other
estate which I may die possessed except the legacies hereafter men-
tioned. I give and gequeath to my daughters, Nancy Dickinsonn, Polly
Henderson, and Alley Harvy, each of the sum of one shilling to
be paid by my executor .. I give and bequeath to my sons, Richard,
Hezekiah, William and James Wood, each of them the sum of one shil-
ling .. the above mentioned estate to be given by my executors to my
daughter, Elender Mitchell, to do as she may think proper to do with
and to give the same to whom she may think proper to give it to ..
appoint John Mitchell and William T. Wood, my executors .. this
20th day of March 1833 ..
