      CATHARINE HOLTZCLAW I Plaintiff JOHN DARGAN Defendant On Attachment
      This day came the plaintiff by her Attorney and having proved her Account Judgment is granted her against the said Defendant for two pounds Eleven shillings current money and her Casts in this behalf expended and the Sherif returning that he had levied the Attachment in the hands of THOMAS CLANNIHAM who being called came into Court and upon hearing the Evidence and arguments it appearing the said Thomas Clanniham has in his hands of the Defendants Estate Sufficient It is ordered that he do pay the said Plaintif her debt and her costs laid out and expended.
