Prince George's County, Maryland Land Records 1769-1772; Liber AA 2 {Abstract by Mike Marshall}; Page 319. At the request of Christian Orndorff the following Deed was recorded October 28, 1771
Indenture made October 1, 1771; Jacob Funck, yeoman of PGCo in consideration of 10 pounds current money of Maryland paid by Christian Orndorff has sold the following lots lying in the Town of Hamburgh;
"Lot Number 19" having 33 feet front on Water Street and 200 feet back into Potomack River;
"Lot Number 48" having 80 feet front on Locust Street and 230 feet back.
To have and to hold subject to a yearly quit rent per lot of one half penny sterling from the 1st day of November next. Signed Jacob Funck in the presence of Benjamin Spyker, Zachariah White and acknowledged before Joshua Beall, Christopher Lowndes and at the same time Ann Funck wife of Jacob Funck released her relinquished her right of dower
