      Indenture made October 1, 1771; Jacob Funck, yeoman of PGCo in consideration of 10 pounds current money of Maryland paid by Jacob Tonstor of Berks County Pennsylvania has sold the following lots lying in the Town of Hamburgh;
      "Lot Number 30" having 62 ½ feet front on Water Street and 120 feet back to Front Alley;
      To have and to hold subject to a yearly quit rent per lot of one half penny sterling from the 1st day of November next. Signed Jacob Funck in the presence of Benjamin Spyker, Zachariah White and acknowledged before Joshua Beall, Christopher Lowndes and at the same time Ann Funck wife of Jacob Funck released her relinquished her right of dower
