IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN I AUGUSTINE WITHEY being visited with Sickness under the hand of Almighty God but in perfect Memory the Lords holy name be ever praised & magnified for his imense mercy and it if be the pleasure of the Almighty now to call me out of this transitory life I make and ordaiane this to be my last Will & Testament (Vizt) Ps: (missing) With a penitent & contrite hart fo(missing) offences & Rebellions against my God in whose Clemency (missing) humbly throughing my self down at the footstoole of (missing )ne of mercy yeilding & commiting my soule unto him my maker through the merrits & rightousness of Christ Jesus my blessed Redeemer. I bequeath my body to the Earth from whence it came to be decently buried at the Will & pleasure of my loveing friend MORE FANTLEROY to which being done my debts being paid which are unto HENRY NICHOLLS 27 lb of Tobo to CLEMENT HERBERT half of a hdd & unto THOMAS GRIFFIN 2 hhds pr inequality & hard measure. 1 make and appoint my friend MORE FANTLEROY gent my sole Executor of this my last Will & Testament bequeathing unto him all my (missing) chattels & utinsells whatsoever appertaining unto me. In Witness whereof (missing) here underneath subscribed my name & fixed my seale the (missing) anno 1659
